Lead Technician

Should be an energetic, experienced candidate that can handle the overall planning and technical direction of the project to achieve timely completion and profitability to Clean Sweep standards. The lead technician will manage day-to-day field operations and the execution of restoration projects; we are a 24/7/365 operation, and all technicians serve on an on-call rotation to respond to emergencies. As a lead technician, you will oversee and schedule your team, orchestrate jobs, and ensure job and customer satisfaction. You should be able to work directly with insurance adjusters and homeowners. You will also be responsible for all equipment's general maintenance and cleanliness. We offer an excellent pay and benefits package.

Assistant Technician

Should be energetic and eager to learn. Assistants will follow the technician's direction daily to help drive the team with a positive attitude towards restoration projects to Clean Sweep standards. We are a 24/7/365 operation. All technicians/assistants serve on an on-call rotation to respond to emergencies. As a technician/ assistant, you are responsible for completing the tasks given to you by the lead technician; this will include various tasks to correctly complete a mitigation/remediation loss and doing so with the utmost attention to detail and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for the general maintenance and cleaning of equipment. We offer an excellent pay and benefits package.
